Real estate appraisers are savvy market operators or sworn experts, who can tell you how much a property is really worth.

The difference between sworn experts and other appraisers is that they are appointed by the Ministry of Justice, and their job involves much more than real estate evaluation; courts resort to them to rule in real estate cases. However, sworn experts are free to market their services to the public.
